We love hosting parties here at Buck & Doe’s Mercantile in San Antonio, TX and providing a unique experience for everyone in your party. We know how to have fun while making your safety our first priority. All of our parties begin with a safety briefing and explanation of our range rules. Then our instructors give a quick lesson on the basics and proper handling of the equipment. The time on the range typically ends with a fun competition between the shooters to test their newly learned skills.
All party goers are required to sign our safety waiver. If your party includes minors, the group must have one guardian on-site during the party’s time on the range(s). Once you’re ready to book your party, please contact jmajors@buckdoes.com and pay the required down payment.
Archery Range Birthday Party
- 8 guests ($30 each for additional guests)
- 1 hour of range time – ½ of the range will be reserved for your party
- 1 hour of private party room rental
- Rental equipment, including recurve bow, arrows, targets and safety gear
- Archery instructor to teach and lead the party while on the range
- Host for the party room rental
- $240 down payment covers the cost of everything listed above except for additional guests
We reserve up to ½ the lanes in the range for your party. The party setup will be in a manner that 2 guests will split 1 lane. Additional guests may attend, $30 each up to 12. For a party larger then 12, we recommend adding on another hour of range time. That fee would be an additional $10 per person.
Renting the archery range for a private party is available. We have limited time slots set aside for private range parties. The starting price for a 1 hour private range party is $450 for up to 12 guests. Additional guests will be $30 each for up to 24 guests. For parties over 12, we will add an additional hour of range time at no additional charge. For larger parties, please contact us for a custom quote.each
Gun Range Birthday Party
- 6 guests ($60 each for additional guests)
- 1 hour of private bay range rental
- 1 hour of private party room rental
- Rental equipment, including up to 6 pistols or rifles, eye and ear protection, targets
- Range Safety Office to brief the party on range safety and lead the party while on the range
- Host for the party room rental
- one box of ammo per person
- Down payment of $200
- Total cost of $390
Your party will be set up in a private bay on the gun range with a Range Safety Officer. Additional guests may attend, $60 each up to 12 and includes one box of ammo. For a party larger than 12, we recommend adding on another hour of range time. That fee would be $15 per person per hour. Additional boxes of ammunition may be purchased for an additional fee. Add on Full Auto (Machine) Guns, for $40 per magazine (30 round magazines).
