BASE CAMP FOR KIDS

Buck & Doe’s Mercantile Summer Camp program is the best place for kids to learn about firearm safety and beginner shooting skills for both firearms and archery. Using our partnership with NSSF Project ChildSafe, the nation’s most comprehensive firearm safety and education program, we will teach your child firearm safety rules. We don’t just teach firearms safety and shooting skills.  Your child will also learn about archery safety, beginner archery shooting skills, and opportunities to grow in the sport of archery.

Base Camp for Kids is a 3-day, 2-1/2 hour/day experience for kids 8-15 years old. Each day starts in the classroom covering scenarios for on and off both the gun and archery range. The kids then go on the range and put into practice what they learned and participate in a friendly competition! Each day the kids will also learn a few survival and outdoor skills or make a fun craft! Every participant will receive a Camp Shirt, daily snack and drink.
