You win every fight you do not get in. In the criminal attack cycle, the actual attack is the last 10%; learn how to control the first 90% and prevent yourself from becoming a soft target victim. This 2 hour class will cover the levels of situational awareness, decision making and the attack cycle, and give you tools to improve these and your natural intuition. The class will finish with less lethal self-defense options should you find yourself in the last 10% of the attack cycle, including flashlights, tasers, stun guns, kubatons and pepper spray.
