We (me and my 9 y.o. son) had a great first time experience here. The staff was very kind, informative, and focused on our having a safe experience. Shout-out to Kali who walked us through the steps and encouraged us when we were feeling a bit nervous. Highly recommend this place. For the record, I am anti-gun. Had a good, friendly dialogue on the pro-gun position.

I attended a hand gun class this past Saturday at Buck and Does called Real World Proficiency, and the instructor was Jeremy Mancos. I would highly recommend this class along with Jeremy! We learned how to shoot at multiple targets, moving targets and everything in between. After just a couple of hours, I can say that I’m now better prepared, in case I find myself needing to defend myself. Thanks again.

I want to take the time to recognize RON, who works at Bucks and Does. I came there with my family and this gentlemen was flat out amazing. He helped us to zero a couple of A-R’s and perform some maintenance on a few handguns. Who does that? I mean I was going to try to figure this out from a YouTube video. Ron’s helpfulness, demeanor, knowledge, and patience is what every person needs when they go to a range or gun store. I haven’t zeroed a weapon in 30 years and I felt like I was back at basic training learning from a drill instructor who was a friend. I was considering going somewhere else to do my training and to get my LTC. Well that’s not happening. I will soon be taking the course online offered by Buc and Does since I’m not available on Saturdays. I will then be booking a session with Ron for the shooting portion of the test. That is what amazing customer service looks like. It will create its own business through satisfied customers. I have always said people don’t care how much you know until they KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CARE! Ron and the rest of the staff are the epitome of what excellence in the workplace is supposed to look like. Give this man a raise and give him some recognition. I encourage anyone that is considering checking out a gun range and all that comes with it to look no further than Buck and Doe’s Mercantile. Say hello to Ron and the guys when you are there, you won’t be disappointed!

It was a great experience, easy, reasonably priced and beginner friendly.
I have a handful of past range trips, but it was my girlfriend’s first time shooting. Kali showed us around, walked us through the basics and went above and beyond throughout our time at Buck & Does.

I attended the first shots class with Chris Elliott and was very impressed by his experience, knowledge and expertise of the subject as presented. I knew I wanted to learn more; therefore, I also signed up for a private session with Don Benton. Don also extremely experienced and his expertise made me feel very comfortable and helped me gain a level of confidence by his training me on a personal level as to every aspect of what to expect with owning and using a weapon. The professionalism of Chris and Don is unequivocal and garners my recommendation to anyone interested in the classes offered by Buck & Doe’s. The Mercantile at this places is also a bonus!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had our son’s 10th birthday party here and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility and the staff. They were so welcoming and provided everything we needed to have a great time! The bow instructor kept the boys entertained and safe. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
